Andrej Lunter is a graduate of the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. Prior to joining the law firm L/R/P advokáti, s.r.o., he worked as an investigator at the Department of Property Crime of the Criminal Police Division of the Regional Police Headquarters of the Police Force. He has attended several international conferences focusing on drug-related crime. Even though his primary focus within the law firm is on criminal law, he also provides legal advice in other areas of law. He specializes in drug-related crime, as well as violent and property crime. He provides legal advice and qualified legal representation to parties to criminal proceedings in all its stages. He covers legal advice on financial crime, wherein, in the view of introduction of criminal liability of legal entities, he provides legal advice to members of authorised governing bodies of legal entities, persons engaged in control or supervisory activity within the legal entity, or other persons authorised to represent the legal entity or make decisions on its behalf. Andrej also handles specific issues of immigration and aliens law. He provides legal advice to clients on obtaining a temporary stay permit, permanent residence or tolerated stay permit in the territory of the Slovak Republic, mostly for purposes of employing foreigners in the territory of the Slovak Republic. In this regard, he also provides complex legal advice to the clients on communication with respective administrative bodies, notably, the Bureau of Border and Foreign Police of the Presidium of the Police Force, as well as its individual divisions and departments.
