As a junior associate, her main focus is on commercial and civil law, particularly the corporate agenda and contractual relations. She provides comprehensive legal support for company formation, corporate changes and business transactions. In the field of commercial and civil law, she is also involved in preparing and reviewing contractual documentation, legal analyses, opinions, drafts, statements and other legal documents according to the clients’ requirements and needs.
