Erik Macek is a graduate of Trnava University. He gained his previous experience in the field of recovery of receivables arising from consumer loans, but especially in the insurance industry, when as a lawyer he worked in the legal protection department of one of the most successful insurance companies on the Slovak market. Erik provides general legal advice in the areas of civil law, criminal law, civil procedural law and administrative law. He specializes in consumer law in terms of creating general business conditions and the application of defects in complaints and disputes arising from labor law. Participates in the preparation of various submissions in judicial and administrative proceedings, monitoring and reporting of changes in legislation, the preparation of contractual and other documentation within the corporate agenda.

He provides legal advice both in Slovak and English language.
