Jana Vašíčková is a graduate of the Trnava University in Trnava. She has been with the law firm, under the leadership of Tomáš Lysina, since 2014 when she started to work as a paralegal while pursuing her studies. Since graduating in 2016, she has worked in the law firm as an associate. She specializes in corporate law, specifically, acquisitions, mergers or cross-border transfer of companies. Jana represents clients in litigation and non-litigation proceedings in commercial, civil and family law matters in general courts of the Slovak Republic, including drafting of actions, statements and other court filings. She participates in real estate and construction law projects, including due diligence, drafting of legal analyses, opinions, proposals, statements, contractual documentation and other legal documents as per clients´ requirements and needs.

She provides legal advice both in Slovak and English language.
