Our office L/R/P advokáti, s.r.o. represented the city in a lawsuit over damages, which was also the subject of a local referendum. The Regional Court in Bratislava ruled in favor of our client, thus saving a lot of money for the city budget. Our victory was also an excellent signal for other cities and municipalities that are confronted with lawsuits.
