Tomáš Lysina is the founding partner of the office.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava. He completed his postgraduate doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law of Trnava University.

In his practice he focuses mainly on real estate law, construction and land law (real estate acquisitions, legal, business and tax settings of planned acquisitions, legal due diligence, investment projects / brownfield, greenfield /), development projects, company law (cross-border mergers of entities, transaction financing and post-transaction setup of the company).

He has been a member of the Slovak Bar Association since 2013.

Currently, Tomáš does not participate in the active management of the office, but is engaged in private investment projects.
