Tomáš Vall is a graduate of the Pan-European University. He specializes in administration of Slovak and foreign investment funds providing complex legal advice to investment fund administrators in already-made investments, general corporate agenda, investment strategy and compliance of the funds with relevant legislation. Tomáš also provides general legal advice in the areas of commercial, civil and labour law, including representation of clients in lawsuits with special emphasis on damages, unjust enrichment, and in labour lawsuits. He has significant experience with the ways public administration authorities work due to his time at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, where he actively participated in development of several legal regulations.

He provides legal advice both in Slovak and English language.
